Refund & Cancellation Policy

At eAsloob, we strive to deliver high-quality Virtual Assistant and Business Support Services with transparency, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services and digital deliverables.


1. Service Commitment

eAsloob provides customized Virtual Assistant, Business Support, and Digital Solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Since our work involves personalized labor, time, and expertise, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the terms below.


2. Cancellation Policy

a. Service-Based Projects

  • Clients may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing a new order, before work begins.

  • Once a project has started or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

b. Monthly Retainer or Ongoing Plans

  • Subscriptions or ongoing service retainers may be canceled with 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations must be made via email to info@easloob.com.

c. Custom / Long-Term Contracts

For long-term or custom projects, cancellation terms are defined within the individual service agreement or proposal.


3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility

Refunds are generally not applicable once services are rendered, as they involve dedicated professional time and effort.
However, partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet commenced and cancellation was made within the permitted window.

  • There is a mutual agreement between both parties to terminate the contract due to unforeseen circumstances.

b. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already completed or partially delivered

  • Setup, administrative, or onboarding fees

  • Domain, hosting, or third-party software purchases made on your behalf

  • Any delays or dissatisfaction caused by lack of communication or incomplete inputs from the client


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Clients will receive confirmation once the refund is initiated.


5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disagreement or dispute, eAsloob will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably and fairly.
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss concerns before initiating any formal complaint or chargeback.


6. Policy Updates

eAsloob reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time, without prior notice.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
